QLD: Mt Isa man charged with murder and attempted murder

BRISBANE, Aug 28 AAP - Police have charged a Mount Isa man with the murder of Fred
Mabb and the attempted murder of Phillis Mabb.

The 18-year-old is due to appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court, in the northwestern
Queensland mining town, on Saturday.

It's alleged he murdered Mr Mabb and tried to murder Ms Mabb on August 15.
